Ingredients
- 3 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Bermuda onion, sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- fresh pepper
Method
- Place vegetables in a covered bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over veggies.
- Cover and let marinate at least several hours in the refrigerator.
