Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. shredded carrots
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Add cold water.
- Let set until partially thickened.
- Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until firm.
- Serves 4.
