Ingredients
- 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. frozen minced vegetables, thawed
- 1 can fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a 9 inch pie plate, mix chicken, vegetables and soup.
- Mix milk, egg and baking mix.
- Pour over chicken mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden.
