Ingredients
- 2 (4 serving each) pkg. sugar-free instant pudding mix
- 2 c. cold low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
Method
- Combine pudding mix, milk, pumpkin and spices in large bowl or electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
- Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell.
- Chill.
- Serve garnished with prepared whipped topping.
