Ingredients
- 7 large yams, skinned and cooled down
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup sugarbabies candy, chopped into smaller pieces
- 12 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup carmel sauce ice cream topping, I like using Hershey's
Method
- Take the yams, sugar, butter and vanilla and put into a food processor and blend together.
- After using the the food processor, with a spatula mix in the sugar babies candies.
- Add to a greased large round casserole dish.
- Spread the carmel sauce on the top.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Let stand and serve.
