Ingredients

  • 7 large yams, skinned and cooled down
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugarbabies candy, chopped into smaller pieces
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup carmel sauce ice cream topping, I like using Hershey's

Method

  • Take the yams, sugar, butter and vanilla and put into a food processor and blend together.
  • After using the the food processor, with a spatula mix in the sugar babies candies.
  • Add to a greased large round casserole dish.
  • Spread the carmel sauce on the top.
  • Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  • Let stand and serve.
