Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
  • 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
  • 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce

Method

  • Cook and stir onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp.
  • hot oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.
  • or until crisp-tender.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Add remaining oil and chops to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min.
  • on each side or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  • Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  • Spoon vegetable mixture over chops; top with barbecue sauce.
  • Cover; simmer on low heat until 3 min.
  • or sauce is heated through.
  • Serve with stuffing.
