Ingredients
- 6 double pork chops with pockets
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- hot water
Method
- Combine
- bread, onion, apple and seasoning.
- Add butter and hot
- water
- to moisten.
- Fill pork chop pockets with bread stuffing.
- Place
- on top rack in oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes at 375°.
