Ingredients
- peppers
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- thyme (optional)
- rice (optional)
- mushrooms (optional)
- grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Method
- Slice off top of pepper, scoop out seeds and white membrane. Blanche peppers in boiling water 2 to 3 minutes until slightly tender; drain well.
- Halved peppers can also be used with blanching directions.
