- 6 bell peppers
- 6 quail eggs
- 7 ounces ground meat
- 1/4 onion
- paprika
Method
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise, and remove seeds.
- Cook quail eggs in boiling water. Peel them and cut in half lengthwise.
- Make stuffing Chop onion and fry them in a pan with oil and a little salt. Mix fried onion with ground meat, paprika powder, a little salt and black pepper.
- Stuff peppers with above mixture, and put eggs on them.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
