Ingredients
- 2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1-28 oz. Can tomatoes sauce
- 1-28 oz. Can of Can of Diced tomatoes
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
- 2 Cups Chopped Green Peppers
- 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef - Drain.
- Add rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil.
- Reduce Heat.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until peppers are tender.
