Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Beat together eggs and sugar.
- While mixing, add oil, vanilla, salt and baking powder and beat in flour gradually. After mixing, add crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts.
- Fold into mixture.
- Bake at 350° in a 9 x 12 "GLASS" baking dish, coated with cooking spray, for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Let cool completely before icing.
