Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce (28 oz.)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained, 28 oz.)
- 2 c. cooked long grain white rice
- 2 c. chopped green bell peppers
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- In large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
