Ingredients
- 24 large mushrooms
- lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 garlic toes, minced
- paprika
Method
- Remove stems from mushrooms.
- Dip caps in lemon juice.
- Chop stems.
- In a small saucepan, place butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, onion, garlic, oregano, salt and mushroom stems.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add shredded Swiss cheese.
- Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
- Place in baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated 400° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
