Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Cutlet
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
  • 1 box Stuffing Mix, Any Flavor
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 bottle Roasted Red Pepper Dressing And Marinade

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a large bowl, combine dry stuffing mix, undrained tomatoes, cheese and herbs.
  • Place a small amount on each cutlet and secure with toothpicks.
  • Continue until all 8 cutlets are prepared.
  • Place in a 9 x 13 in glass dish and pour dressing over everything.
  • Top with additional cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
