Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Green Tomatillo Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • Salt To Taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except salt in a blender or food processor.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Add salt to taste, but be careful if you are using it for a chip dip, since most are already salty.
  • Store in a covered serving bowl in the refrigerator.
