- 8 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1 cup Green Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- Salt To Taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients except salt in a blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Add salt to taste, but be careful if you are using it for a chip dip, since most are already salty.
- Store in a covered serving bowl in the refrigerator.
