- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 can cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Melt margarine and saute onion and celery and then add dry stuffing and water.
- Combine ground beef and evaporated milk.
- Take mixture of ground beef and evaporated milk; roll into 6 balls.
- Pat flat on waxed paper.
- Place a spoonful of stuffing on each and seal meat around.
- Mix the mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and catsup together as a sauce and pour over all.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
