Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1 can cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup

Method

  • Melt margarine and saute onion and celery and then add dry stuffing and water.
  • Combine ground beef and evaporated milk.
  • Take mixture of ground beef and evaporated milk; roll into 6 balls.
  • Pat flat on waxed paper.
  • Place a spoonful of stuffing on each and seal meat around.
  • Mix the mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and catsup together as a sauce and pour over all.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
