Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook sausage until browned; drain.
  • Separate crescent rolls and place in ungreaesd 12-inch pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch pan. Press together and up the sides.
  • Seal.
  • Spoon sausage over the crust.
  • Sprinkle on potatoes and top with cheese.
  • (This may be prepared the night before and refrigerated.)
  • Beat eggs milk and seasonings together; pour onto crust.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
