Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook sausage until browned; drain.
- Separate crescent rolls and place in ungreaesd 12-inch pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch pan. Press together and up the sides.
- Seal.
- Spoon sausage over the crust.
- Sprinkle on potatoes and top with cheese.
- (This may be prepared the night before and refrigerated.)
- Beat eggs milk and seasonings together; pour onto crust.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
