Ingredients
- 6 green peppers, boiled until tender and stem and seeds removed
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Mix beef, rice, salt and pepper with 1/2 can of soup.
- Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
- Stand upright in baking dish.
- Pour over remaining soup, diluted with 1/2 soup can water.
- Bake, covered, 45 minutes and uncovered 15 minutes longer at 350°.
