Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- sprinkle of garlic salt
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion and sprinkle with garlic salt in large skillet.
- Drain and add tomatoes, beef, bouillon, broth, corn, rice and chili powder.
- Heat to boiling point.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir and cover.
- Ready to eat in 10 minutes.
- May substitute regular rice, cooked, for Minute rice and water.
