Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 6 green peppers
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
Method
- Add rice, seasonings and 1/4 cup tomatoes to hamburger.
- Stuff green peppers loosely and place in covered dish, pouring remaining 1 cup tomatoes over, cook 1 hour at 350°.
- May add a little water, if necessary.
