Ingredients
- 1 jar grape leaves
- 1 lb. ground sirloin or lamb
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 large container yogurt
Method
- Drain grape leaves.
- Combine meat, rice, onions, garlic and spices thoroughly.
- Wrap small portions in each grape leaf by rolling 2/3 up, then folding in both sides and finish rolling.
