Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 lrg chilli
- 300 grams crab meat
- 125 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 500 grams linguine
- 1 handfull watercress torn
Method
- Boil water for pasta
- Garlic cloves mashed into a paste
- Add deseeded chilli and mix well
- Add crab meat mix with a fork gently
- Add In oil to mixture
- Add zest and juice of lemon to mixture
- Cook pasta as per instructions ,once done drain well
- Pour in crab mixture over pasta gently mix in
- Tear up watercress and toss into crab and linguine
- Serve in warmed bowls
