Ingredients

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 lrg chilli
  • 300 grams crab meat
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 500 grams linguine
  • 1 handfull watercress torn

Method

  • Boil water for pasta
  • Garlic cloves mashed into a paste
  • Add deseeded chilli and mix well
  • Add crab meat mix with a fork gently
  • Add In oil to mixture
  • Add zest and juice of lemon to mixture
  • Cook pasta as per instructions ,once done drain well
  • Pour in crab mixture over pasta gently mix in
  • Tear up watercress and toss into crab and linguine
  • Serve in warmed bowls
