Ingredients
- fresh spinach (washed and drained)
- ricotta cheese
- boneless skinless chicken breast
- frying oil
- 2 eggs
- milk
- seasoning
- flour
Method
- cut a slit in chicken breasts for stuffing.
- add spinach leaf.
- add ricotta cheese inside spinach leaf.
- secure chicken with toothpicks.
- mix eggs and a little milk together.
- season flour to your taste.
- dredge chicken in egg mixture.
- dredge chicken in flour mixture.
- fry in oil until golden brown and chicken is thouroughly cooked.
