Ingredients
- 12 slices bread, cubed
- 12 eggs or egg substitute
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. crumbled bacon
Method
- Butter a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Put half of bread in dish. Cover with all of the cream cheese and bacon.
- Place remaining bread on top.
- Beat the eggs. Add the milk and maple syrup.
- Pour over bread mixture and refrigerate overnight.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
