Ingredients
- 1 box herb Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 or 2 lb. fish
- lemon juice
- butter
- parsley
Method
- Make stuffing mix as it is on box.
- Set aside to cool, then sprinkle fish real good with lemon juice, then stuff fish and roll up.
- Place in a pan end on bottom.
- Dot with butter and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle parsley over fish and bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
