Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 6 bell peppers
Method
- Mix meat, water, salt, pepper, onion and tomato paste.
- Cut the tops off the peppers and clean out the seeds.
- Stuff peppers. Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
