Ingredients
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Applesauce
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 1-1/3 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 3/4 cups Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add eggs, yogurt, honey, applesauce, and oil; stir well to incorporate. Fold in strawberries and pineapple, and pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Serve warm with extra yogurt, strawberries, or milk.
