Ingredients

  • 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1/4 cups Applesauce
  • 1/4 cups Oil
  • 1-1/3 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 3/4 cups Pineapple Tidbits, Drained

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add eggs, yogurt, honey, applesauce, and oil; stir well to incorporate. Fold in strawberries and pineapple, and pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Serve warm with extra yogurt, strawberries, or milk.
