Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate brownie mix (makes 8x8-inch size)
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- Powdered sugar, as needed
- Milk, as needed
- 1/4 cup left over chocolate frosting, melted slightly
Method
- Mix and bake brownie according to package directions, using an 8-inch round baking pan.
- When done remove from oven and loosen sides.
- Allow to cool, remove from pan on to plate upside down.
- Finish cooling.
- When completely cool spread strawberry preserves over top; add more if you like.
- Mix together milk and powdered sugar.
- Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over top going from side to side, turn plate and drizzle from side to side, repeat this with the chocolate frosting.
- Refrigerate, to keep frostings from running.
