Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix (makes 8x8-inch size)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
  • Powdered sugar, as needed
  • Milk, as needed
  • 1/4 cup left over chocolate frosting, melted slightly

Method

  • Mix and bake brownie according to package directions, using an 8-inch round baking pan.
  • When done remove from oven and loosen sides.
  • Allow to cool, remove from pan on to plate upside down.
  • Finish cooling.
  • When completely cool spread strawberry preserves over top; add more if you like.
  • Mix together milk and powdered sugar.
  • Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over top going from side to side, turn plate and drizzle from side to side, repeat this with the chocolate frosting.
  • Refrigerate, to keep frostings from running.
