Ingredients
- 6 -8 large boneless chicken breasts, skinless, cut into chunks (about 2 lbs.)
- 4 large red bell peppers, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 2 large sweet maui onions, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice (unsweetened)
Method
- Place all the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Smile at how easy it is, you're almost done.
- Cook on high for approximately 6 hours, or 8-9 hours on low.
