Ingredients

  • 500 milliliter whipped cream
  • 450 milliliter strawberry yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 300 grams strawberries

Method

  • instruction:
  • Mix whipped cream and strawberry yogurt together. Separately, beat egg whites with 100 grams of sugar. In third bowl, beat egg yolks with rest of the sugar and vanilla. Combine all three mixtures together and mix chopped strawberries in it. Freeze your homemade ice cream for about 6 hours (stirring it periodically),
  • Or pour your fruit ice cream in ice cream maker and keep making it, until smooth texture is formed.
