Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) jar bacon bits
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas (8-inch)
Method
- Cook spinach and drain well.
- Mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon bits and package of dressing.
- Heat tortillas (per package instructions).
- Roll spinach mixture in tortillas sushi-style. Refrigerate overnight.
- Cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Keep refrigerated until serving time.
