Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 tall can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 carton sour cream

Method

  • Dissolve jello in hot water, add slightly thawed strawberries, pineapple (juice and all).
  • Let stand a while, add the bananas, mashed.
  • Pour half of mixture into 9 x 9-inch dish and refrigerate.
  • When firm, spread sour cream over top.
  • Then put other half of jello mixture on top of sour cream.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Sweet enough to serve as dessert.
