Ingredients
- 2 pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 tall can crushed pineapple
- 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 carton sour cream
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water, add slightly thawed strawberries, pineapple (juice and all).
- Let stand a while, add the bananas, mashed.
- Pour half of mixture into 9 x 9-inch dish and refrigerate.
- When firm, spread sour cream over top.
- Then put other half of jello mixture on top of sour cream.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Sweet enough to serve as dessert.
