Ingredients

  • 3 c. diced turkey or chicken
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • salt and pepper as desired
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, except noodles.
  • Toss lightly; spoon into buttered 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Spread noodles on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through, bubbly and brown.
