Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 boxes fresh strawberries
- water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- whipped cream
Method
- Spread cream cheese over a completely cooled crust.
- Top with one layer of fresh whole berries.
- Mix remainder of berries mashed with enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
- Add sugar and cornstarch. Allow to thicken over low heat; cool and pour over cheese.
- Top with whipped cream.
