Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 20 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries (if fresh, add sugar)
- 3 small bananas, mashed
- 2 cartons sour cream
- 3/4 c. pecans
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add all ingredients except sour cream to jello. Chill half of this mixture while the other half remains at room temperature.
- When first half of the mixture is firm, spread sour cream.
- Add remaining mixture and chill.
