Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 20 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries (if fresh, add sugar)
  • 3 small bananas, mashed
  • 2 cartons sour cream
  • 3/4 c. pecans

Method

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • Add all ingredients except sour cream to jello. Chill half of this mixture while the other half remains at room temperature.
  • When first half of the mixture is firm, spread sour cream.
  • Add remaining mixture and chill.
