Ingredients
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin
Method
- Crush strawberries.
- Stir in sugar.
- Let stand 10 minutes. Boil water and Sure-Jell 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Stir into fruit and sugar mixture.
- Continue stirring 3 minutes.
- Ladle into containers.
- Set at room temperature for 24 hours.
- Store in freezer.
