- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 10 oz. strawberry ice cream
- 7 oz. fresh strawberries
- 7 oz. Oreo cookies
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 14 oz. strawberry coulis
- whipped cream
- mint leaves
Method
- In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ice cream, strawberries, cut in half, and Oreo cookies (save 2 strawberries and 4 Oreos for garnish).
- Mix it for 3 minutes.
- Fill the pie shell and place it in the freezer for 4 hours.
- Cut in 8 portions, decorate with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, Oreos and the strawberry coulis.
