Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 4 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, sweetened to taste
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 large angel food cake, cubed
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Drain berries.
- Add water to juice to measure 1 1/2 cups.
- Add to gelatin.
- Chill until partially set.
- Whip until fluffy.
- Fold in Cool Whip and berries. Fold in cake.
- Pour into shallow pan.
- Chill until firm.
- This will make 2 large pans.
