Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries
- 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Dissolve the gelatin in water.
- Stir in strawberries and chill until slightly congealed.
- Then add pineapple and pecans.
- Put half of this mixture in an oiled pan (9 x 13-inch) and chill slightly.
