Ingredients
- 1 large strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 cartons frozen strawberries
- 1 small flat can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large sour cream (optional)
Method
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water. Add thawed strawberries, pineapple and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Pour 1/2 of mixture into an 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch container. Refrigerate until set.
- Spread softened sour cream over set mixture.
- Pour on remaining mixture.
- Let set, then enjoy!
- (If not using sour cream, pour in pan all mixture and set.)
