Ingredients
- 4 c. strawberries
- 1 1/2 c. tofu (silken; liquid)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. soft brown sugar
- few drops vanilla extract
Method
- Wash and hull strawberries (resume a few for garnish).
- Drain the tofu and blend it in a blender together with the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add vanilla to taste and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 individual serving dishes and decorate with the reserved strawberries; chill.
