Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. buttermilk
Method
- In saucepan, heat pineapple to boiling; add jello and mix well.
- Let cool slightly.
- Add Cool Whip, buttermilk and nuts; mix well.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Chill until set.
