Ingredients
- 1/2 whole wheat bagel
- 1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
Method
- Slice a bagel down the middle (save the other half bagel for a duplicate recipe or whatever).
- Rinse strawberries and slice just enough to make 1 cup.
- Place 1/2 bagel in small bowl or dish.
- Top bagel with fresh sliced strawberries.
- Top with yogurt.
- Enjoy, but use knife and fork since bagel is usually hard.
