Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 5 calissons
  • cream 10 cl. liquid
  • strawberries

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Roll out the dough and cut 4 mini pie doughs.
  • Grease and flour 4 tartlet pans.
  • Spread the dough in each pan. Prick the dough with a fork.
  • In a saucepan, melt the calissons with the cream on medium heat while stirring with a wooden spoon. Once the mixture has dissolved, pour into the pans on top of the dough.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Garnish with cut strawberries before serving.
