Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 (10-oz.) Pkg. Frozen Strawberries, thawed
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts or pecans are best)
Method
- Stir dry ingredients together.
- Add all remaining ingredients & stir gently.
- DO NOT USE MIXER!
- Pour into greased Bundt pan, or 2 greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan, and then remove onto cooling rack.
