Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 (10-oz.) Pkg. Frozen Strawberries, thawed
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts or pecans are best)

Method

  • Stir dry ingredients together.
  • Add all remaining ingredients & stir gently.
  • DO NOT USE MIXER!
  • Pour into greased Bundt pan, or 2 greased loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes in pan, and then remove onto cooling rack.
