Ingredients
- 24 medium fresh strawberries
- 1/4 pt. whipping cream (cold)
- 1/2 c. sugar (depending on sweetness of berries)
- 1 oz. Cointreau
Method
- Hull and rinse strawberries; refrigerate.
- Combine whipping cream and sugar in bowl.
- Whip contents until they double in volume.
- Add Cointreau to cream and blend.
- Place 6 berries in small bowl and pour 1/2 cup of cream over berries.
- Serves 4.
