Ingredients
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 8 oz. can peach slices
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a cake pan combine sugar, coconut and melted butter.
- Pat evenly in bottom of pan.
- Drain and arrange peach slices over coconut mixture.
- Mix cake according to directions on box.
- Spread carefully over peaches.
- Bake until done, about 40 minutes.
- Cool 2 minutes in pan.
- Invert on plate to serve.
- Makes 6 servings.
