Ingredients
- 12 slices bread, crusts removed
- 12 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 2 c. diced ham, turkey or chicken
- 6 beaten eggs
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Method
- Line pan (grease with butter) with 12 slices bread, 6 slices for bottom and 6 for top.
- Layer Cheddar cheese, chopped broccoli and diced ham.
