Ingredients
- 2 c. cake flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening (not liquid)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 or 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. each flavoring: almond, lemon and vanilla
Method
- Beat all together.
- Bake in an ungreased angel food pan, until cracks appear on top.
- Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350° oven.
