Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. small fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 medium onion, cut in strips
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. beef flavored bouillon (instant)
  • 1 c. rice, cooked

Method

  • In a medium bowl, blend soy sauce, seasoned rice, vinegar, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic powder and ginger. Add beef strips; toss well to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
